Thaadit Privacy Policy

1. Overview - No Data Collection

Thaadit is designed with privacy first. We do not collect any user data.

We do not create accounts, we do not ask for your name, phone number, email, location, photos, or any personal information. We do not track your usage, we do not store your app list, and we do not see what apps you pause.

2. How Thaadit Works

Thaadit works exactly like Pause it app. When you enable Pause mode, the app uses Android's VPNService (Local VPN) to block internet access for the apps you select.

- The VPN connection is local to your device only. It does not connect to any external server.
- Your internet traffic is never monitored, logged, or sent anywhere. For selected paused apps, data simply has no destination and is dropped locally.
- Once you disable Pause mode, normal connectivity is restored instantly.

3. Permissions Used

• VPNService / BIND_VPN_SERVICE: To create a local VPN to block internet for selected apps. This is core functionality. No data leaves the device.
• QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES (if used): Only to show you the list of installed apps so you can choose which ones to pause. This list never leaves your device.

4. Information We Collect

NONE. We do not collect Personal Info, App Info, Device IDs, Location, Contacts, Photos, Messages, or any other data type. This qualifies as "No data collected" for 【entity-Google Play¦canonical_name=Google Play】 Data Safety.

5. Data Sharing

NONE. We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data in the first place. We do not use Firebase Analytics, Unity Ads, AdMob, or any third-party SDK that collects data.

6. Data Storage & Security

All your choices (which apps to pause) are stored only locally in the app's private storage on your phone. We have no servers that store user data. No internet connection is required for the blocking feature itself.

7. Advertising

If the free version shows ads, ads are served by Google Play / AdMob and may be personalized by Google based on your Google settings. Thaadit itself does not provide any of your data to the ad provider. You can manage ad personalization in your device Settings > Google > Ads.

8. Children's Privacy

Since we collect no data at all, we do not knowingly collect data from children. The app is safe for all ages and can be used as a parental control tool.

9. Your Rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing to access, update, or delete. You can uninstall the app at any time to remove all locally stored preferences.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our data practices, we will update this policy and change the effective date above. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
